In the past year, we have delivered First Aid training and Mental Health courses in Fort William, Lochaber, Inverness, Oban, Glencoe, Argyll and Bute, Mallaig, Fort Augustus, Elgin, Nairn, Skye, Iona, Eigg, Thurso, Wick, Applecross, and Edinburgh.
We have used nearly every type of building from barns to castles, yurts, huts, forests and even a whisky distillery.

Your own course
For employers, communities, and non-profits:
Save money, travel, and time by hosting a course at your venue or nearby. We accommodate up to 12 participants for First Aid courses and 16 for Mental Health courses.
Additionally, we can combine courses of varying lengths to reduce costs and save time.

To participate in the extra module, simply book an "Add +F Forestry" on the same date as your main course. You can complete this extra module after your main course ends if you are enrolling in the First Aid at Work and Revalidation for First Aid at Work.
If you are taking the Outdoor First Aid course, we will cover the extra module within the course duration.

What levels of Mental Health courses and who are the designed for?

Level 4 Mental Health Awareness 4 hours
Short 4 hour course for those that is for those who are in a strategic position such as senior managment, entrepreneurs and other leaders. This general overview means they can understand the effect of mental health on the workplace and how to support the Mental Health First Aiders.

Level 5 Mental Health First Aid 1 Day
1 day or 6 hours for those who supervise or manage staff and need a greater understanding of mental health.
